The Full Story (Well Not Quite)
About Me
At 53, I bring a wealth of life and business experience. Over the past 20 years I’ve been self‑employed, building and running two very different ventures from scratch: a successful retail business and a thriving dog‑walking service. Both taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, customer service, and what it takes to grow something from the ground up.

Before that, I gained experience working with major organisations including BT and Sainsbury’s, which gave me a strong grounding in operations, teamwork, and customer care.

Business start‑ups and customer service remain two of my biggest passions. I’m a natural organiser and planner, with a love of problem‑solving and a drive to take on new challenges. People know me as trustworthy, reliable, and detail‑oriented - qualities I bring to every project I take on.

My Aim
My goal is simple: to help businesses achieve theirs. I know how challenging the journey can be, and while I may not always have every answer, I’ll bring all of my skills, experience, and energy to support you in moving forward.

You’ll always have 100% of my commitment to your business goals, working alongside you to turn ideas into progress and growth.
My Vision
My vision is simple: to help you move your business forward and achieve the goals you’ve set. Our initial meeting (which is always free) is a chance to talk openly and honestly about your aims, challenges, and ideas.

Turning an idea into reality can feel daunting, and that’s where I come in. I’ll listen, ask the right questions, and share advice where it’s useful - always with the aim of working alongside you to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to your business.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take the next step, my role is to provide practical support, fresh perspective, and the commitment needed to help you make progress.

Outside of Work
I’ve always loved the outdoors and make time for long walks most days - it’s the best way I know to clear my head and recharge. Travel has also been a big part of my life, from safaris abroad to exploring closer to home. Highlights include climbing Scafell Pike in 2021 and Mount Snowdon a few years later. I’m now planning a tour of Scotland, with a Ben Nevis climb as part of it.

Photography is another passion, and many of the images featured here are my own. I also enjoy reading, cinema trips, and more recently, playing badminton.

Maintaining a healthy work–life balance is something I value highly. Work is important, but I believe it should always sit alongside personal values, wellbeing, and the things that bring us joy.
